The AGM of SCGS PTA of 2020-2021 was held at 9:00 a.m. on 28 November 2020 at School Hall and was broadcast through e-platform. 56 teaching staff and 15 parents were present in the meeting and a total of 136 parents attended the meeting via Zoom.

 

The meeting began with the presentation of appreciation certificates to the Executive Committee parent members and parent volunteers of the year 2019-2020, followed by the inauguration ceremony of the PTA Executive Committee members of the year 2020-2022. As there were only eight candidates standing for the eight posts, all of them were endorsed as declared members of PTA Executive Committee for the year 2020-2022. They are Mr. Ding Pak Hei, Mr. Fu Lai Yin, Ms. Kwan Queendy, Ms. Fiona Tong, Mr. Yau Wai Yin, Ms. Chen Sze Nei, Ms. Ye Ling and Ms. Luo Xiao Li respectively.
