To foster reflection on biblical stories through creative expression, we invited a Catholic artist to conduct two workshops for our staff, students, and their non-Catholic peers. Through contemplation and mindfulness exercises, participants immersed themselves in the themes of “I am the sheep of Our Lord” and “5 Loaves 2 Fishes” using Pastel Nagomi Art. Students found these activities meaningful and fulfilling, as they enjoyed connecting with God through expressive art and seized the opportunity to appreciate the diversity of expression found in colors.
