The Student Guidance adopts a Whole School Approach to Guidance and Discipline to foster the holistic development of every student. Grounded in Catholic values, it aims to nurture students’ character, self‑esteem, and personal growth by creating a harmonious, supportive, and orderly learning environment. By working collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals, the Committee seeks to empower students to become confident, responsible, and law‑abiding citizens who are well‑equipped to achieve all‑rounded personal growth and success in life.

Program Description
S1 Adaptation Program builds students' confidence and sense of belonging in the new school environment through a series of orientation activities.
Big Sister Scheme supports S.1 students adapt smoothly to secondary school life by providing peer support and guidance. Big Sisters offer a helping hand to their younger schoolmates, assisting them in adjusting to new academic demands, and building positive relationships.
Prefect Board is responsible for maintaining order, supporting the smooth running daily routines. Serving as role models for schoolmates, they help nurture a strong sense of self‑discipline and responsibility among students, and create an orderly, respectful and conducive learning environment.
Pull‑out programs speech therapy, expressive art therapy, assisted‑animal therapy, clinical psychological service to support students' development across different aspects.
Sunshine Broadcast aims to uplift students' mood, foster resilience and cultivate a positive mindset through different monthly themes.
Lunch Breakie provides a dedicated quiet time during lunch for students to relax, practise mindfulness and find inner peace amidst their busy school day.
Non‑Chinese Gathering serves as a platform to promote inclusiveness, mutual respect and cultural exchange within the school community.
Heart and Mind Wall a dedicated space where students can express their feelings under different thematic prompts, to foster a supportive and caring school culture.
