The Religious and Spiritual Education in St. Clare’s Girls’ School is dedicated to the holistic development of every student within a vibrant, faith‑filled school community. We provide students with rich opportunities to deepen their relationship with God through prayers, eucharistic celebrations, and active participation in various religious groups. Pilgrimage (April – July | S1–S6)
Our students embark on pilgrimages to various parishes to study sacred religious symbols and art. This journey through the history of the Catholic Church inspires students to reflect on their own faith and follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
Chat with MNDA Sisters (Throughout the Year | S1)
To support our newcomers, the MNDA Sisters host spiritual formation gatherings. These sessions provide a warm, supportive environment for S1 students, offering emotional and spiritual guidance as they transition into our school community.
Franciscan Spirituality Activities (October | S1–S6)
In honour of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of the environment, we organize a series of activities exploring his life and virtues. These events encourage students to embrace simplicity, compassion, and stewardship of creation.
Meditation Exercises (Throughout the Year | S1‑S6)
Students are invited to participate in guided meditation. By blending prayer, reflection, and expressive artwork, we help students manage stress and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
Joint‑School Catholic Formation Program (April | S2–S6)
We collaborate with other Catholic schools each year to organize formation activities centered on the teachings of Jesus. This event aims to inspire students to use their unique gifts as instruments of God within their own communities.
Rosary Prayer (October & May | S1–S6)
We provide a serene space for students and teachers to come together in prayer. Through the recitation of the Rosary and the singing of Marian hymns, we deepen our collective faith and devotion.

Encountering God in School Throughout the Year
We organize various spiritual activities for staff throughout the year, helping them to reflect on Catholic values. Our teachers are important “change agents” who evangelize and lead by example in our school community.
Catholic Teachers’ Day (October & May)
Teachers participate in specialized training days for Catholic and Franciscan schools, deepening their understanding of our School Sponsoring Body’s unique charism and mission.
